School Advocate is a province-wide newspaper, distributed free of charge to all Schools and School Boards in Ontario. The paper is also available by subscription.

Published five times every academic year, School Advocate has a circulation of 20,000 and an estimated readership of approximately 100,000.

School Advocate provides up-to-date news and useful resources relating to publicly funded education in the province of Ontario.

School Council members, parents, principals, teachers, senior-level School Board administrators, and an extended community of socially conscious individuals are keenly interested in products and services that contribute to the education, health, and well-being of Ontario students.

School Advocate responds to that interest in a variety of ways.

School Advocate publishes articles from many contributors in the field, promotes a broad range of educational initiatives, actively fosters parental involvement, and encourages collaborative networking among other agencies.
